The whole point of a fridge is to keep your food nice and cold, so it's really frustrating when your fridge isn't cooling properly.
Don't worry, fixing this issue is probably easier than you think.
It may seem obvious, but make sure the fridge's doors are closed!
You should also check that the door's seals are clean and undamaged because this could let cool air escape.
Additionally, make sure the fridge is set to a low temperature and that it's not located somewhere that's very warm, such as a spot with direct sunlight.
Furthermore, try to leave at least 2 inches of clearance at the back, top and sides of the refrigerator.
To help with air circulation, make sure your fridge's vents are not blocked by food and keep the fridge at least two thirds full.
On the other hand, Demo mode, also known as Cooling off mode, could be causing the problem.
The mode is used in retail stores. The lights and control panel will glow, but the fridge will not cool.
If your fridge still isn't cold, and it displays "OF OF" or "OFF", Demo mode is definitely the culprit.
You should also check the display panel for other error codes that could be the origin of your fridge's cooling issues.
Depending on the error code, you may need to perform more troubleshooting steps or contact Samsung Support.
Note: Weak cooling if the refrigerator is in vacation mode.
